Oral Appliance Therapy
Oral appliance therapy is just one of the options you have in treating Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). Using cutting edge Itero scanning to retrieve nearly perfect images of your top, bottom and overall bite, we then have a custom oral appliance crafted by by ProSomnus Sleep Technologies. Each custom oral appliance is created using your scans, artificial intelligence and robotic engineering. Oral appliance therapy is coupled with a six month therapy of adjustments until you are comfortable and progress is noticeable. While this won't be for everyone, we are making huge advancements in the treatment of OSA and consider this an excellent approach to explore for those who may be CPAP intolerant or fall into the mild to moderate range.
Custom from start to finish!
CPAP + Snore Devices
Oral appliance therapy is a fantastic choice but we also recognize CPAP as the existing gold standard treatment for Obstructive Sleep Apnea. For this reason, we are happy to work with all physicians in the treatment of their patients including those who utilize the CPAP and wish to continue use with more regular check-ins. We offer additional home testing for diagnostic purposes only and, we are always open to exploring combination therapy where patients are interested in both the CPAP and oral appliance. Every case is different so on the other end of the spectrum, those who would not benefit from CPAP or oral appliance therapy may consider our snoring device options instead.
